Service Tag - Serial Number

How to locate:
On Dells, it should be on the front or side. There will be a bunch of numbers. We only need the Service Tag number.
Example: Service Tag: 2J48LB1

On other models, it may be on the bottom or back. See me if you need help. For Macs, go the Apple Menu -> About this Mac, etc.

Additional Information

When you hit the Submit Data button, the information from you form is emailed to me directly, as well as submitted and saved to an online data base.
